Beginner training plan
Your first lessonA small assessment of technical skills, dribbling through and continuous passing to see where my player is at
Lesson 11+Start to get into small details and work on awareness, body position and setting up to finish
Lesson 4-10Continue to build on dribbling technique and add more complexity where we can get to dribbling towards scoring a goal
Lesson 2-3Start on small ladder dribbling drills and teach them some moves.

Your first lessonDo an assembly based on scanning and body position.
Lesson 11+Repetition for dinging and first touch to set up a dribble then a finish
