Hi! I'm a passionate soccer coach with over 16 years of playing experience and 3 years of coaching experience. I've been in love with "the beautiful game" since I was 5 years old, and that passion still fuels me today. I currently coach at CCV and continue to play in competitive 11v11 recreational league in Tempe. My goal is simple: to help you become a better player technically, mentally, and physically. Whether you're just starting out, want to improve specific skills, or are preparing for competitive play, I’ll work with your unique goals to create a personalized training plan that gets results. "Our two boys were looking to raise their skill level and Coach Roger helped with that by making our sessions fun and challenging. Their training time was maximized with tons of touches on the ball. They were given homework and did it all which gave them goals to work toward during the summer. Our oldest son even made a club soccer team for the first time after training with Coach Roger.
