Hi everyone, my name is Ava!! I have dedicated my love and passion to the game of Soccer for 17 years. My overall goal is to help not only build your love for the game, but confidence while being on the pitch. I strive to help you become more comfortable in learning new skills, drills, and overall knowledge of the game. Soccer is not only just about being competitive but also having fun while playing it. Beginner training plan
Your first lessonBegin with the basic. First I will learn about where your level and understanding with soccer is. From there we will start with certain drills. For example(dribbling,passing,juggling,shooting)
Lesson 11+Moving forward with each lesson. We will progress into learning new skills. Involving them in drills, and while we are shooting as well. Each lesson will consist of similar and some newer drills to always learn different aspects and lessons of the game.
Lesson 4-10After progressing from the previous lessons. We will start including newer drills that involve(dribbling,shooting, passing etc..)
Lesson 2-3Once we have gotten comfortable on the basics and feel more confident. We will move the pace up a little bit. Not too much but involving more drills and other skills.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonFirst lesson will completely base me off how fast or slow we want to progress and we can go from there.
Youth players
Working with kidsCan break lessons down. And make it easier for them to understand while still having fun
Working with teenagersStill want them to have fun but also adapt and understand the game at a deeper level. And continue to build their confidence and skill level.
What you need to bringPlease bring a different size ball if your age range requires a different size, socks, shin guards, cleats, and water!!
What I can bringHi everyone!! I am able to provide Size 4, and Size 5 Soccer Balls, Small and Medium Cones, and Pug Soccer Goals
