Your first lessonBegin by explaining the fundamental objective of soccer: to familiarize the beginner with the game's language. Use visual aids and exercises to illustrate these concepts, making them easier to understand. Work on basic dribbling, passing, and understanding of the game.
Lesson 11+Advanced challenging drills which will feel game like and get them ready to take that next step on their soccer journey

Lesson 2-3Focus on building foundational skills through simple drills:
Dribbling: Practice controlling the ball with gentle, small touches using both feet. Set up a cone course to navigate through, enhancing coordination and ball control.
Passing: Teach the inside-foot pass for accuracy. Pair up and pass the ball back and forth, aiming for precision and proper technique.
Shooting: Demonstrate how to shoot using the laces for power. Start with stationary targets and progres to dynamic shooting drills.
Receiving: Practice stopping the ball with different parts of the foot, thigh, and chest to control incoming passes effectively.
