Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWe will get a feel for your skill level as a goalkeeper…
more advanced goalkeepers — we can do more technical drills
Beginner goalkeepers — we will build a solid foundation so we can excel into the more technical drills.
We will also talk about some things you enjoy, what you want to improve on. If you have any lingering injuries, or mental blocks… things of that nature.
Our first session will be fairly simple and can change depending on the GK’s needs and wants!
Lesson 11+continued progress and focus on the original techniques we worked on while building and incorporating other aspects that the game may call from us…. For example: solid footwork into claiming a cross and then back peddling and making a save.
Lesson 4-10Fourth - tenth lesson follows a similar pattern. think of these sessions like a book, each page (training session) gives me more information on how to progress the following session.
