Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI approach a first lesson with a beginning understanding what they already know and capable of.
Lesson 11+Lessons eleven and up is where the student will master the skills and add any other effects wanted.
Lesson 4-10We work on the specific drills and go hard!
Lesson 2-3Second and third lesson we start getting a little more specific on what they want to improve on wether that would be shooting, dribbling or whatever it is. This is where I choose the specific drills.
