Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFor beginners I’d go over fundamentals. A lot of kids aren’t familiar with all soccer fundamentals and the details. We start with basics, dribbling , passing , and control.
Lesson 11+A beginner can expect after the 11+ session, stronger kicks, ball control, and better understanding of soccer fundamentals.
Lesson 4-10A beginner can expect from the 4-10 lesson , elite ball control training. How to secure and handle a ball being powerful and controlling it properly and not loose. This player will understand the difference using strength
Lesson 2-3Strength training. Strength training is where we begin practicing shooting. Understanding the levels of strength and how to differentiate it from passing and shooting.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonFor advanced players, I expect their ball control to be good. That way I can go over quick training.
Lesson 11+By their 11+ training, they will feel more comfortable during games and the team club they play in. They will be more advanced. The more you practice the more you’ll be better.
Lesson 4-10For these lessons, we focus on offensive and defensive training. we can polish their kicks using aim tactics. For defensive training we practice one on one training, balance , stability, and endurance.
