Your first lessonDo fundamental work with the soccer ball like dribbling the ball. Juggling the soccer ball stretching
Lesson 11+A full hard work out combining everything we have practice and adding a small intense circuit work out
Lesson 4-10More fundamental work with running with the ball with full feed and learning how to cut with your inside and outside of your foot. Adding some strengthening into the work out like lunges, squat, seat up, push up, small sprints etc.
Lesson 2-3More fundamental work but adding cones to practices. Go in an out with the soccer ball. Passing the ball and stretching
