Your first lessonI will start by accessing your game to identify what we need to improve on.
Lesson 2-3Focusing a lot on basic fundamentals including the grip, swing technique, and footwork.
Lesson 4-10Enhancing your technique as you get the grasp of it. learning the key components to the serve!
Lesson 11+Continuing to work on your skills as well as bringing in a lot more point play and possible tactical approaches.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonstarting by analysing the key fundamentals on every stroke. From there we can look to enhance each stroke further.
Lesson 2-3Looking to improve playing with topspin and learning how to effectively construct points.
Lesson 4-10A lot of work on the serve. Learning how to add spins on serve as well as placement and consistency work.
Lesson 11+Here we will put all the pieces together. This is were we take your game to the next level. Teaching you all the tactical approaches and mental tricks to make you a great tennis player.
