Your first lessonFirst the concepts have to be explained in theory, then we have to focus on the foundational biomechanics of getting to and hitting different types of balls over the net via basic drills.
Lesson 11+Let's make it to 10 lessons then we can talk about 11+ 😀
Lesson 4-10Start with teaching the basics of the serve, work on court geometry and tactics to win points.
Lesson 2-3Develop forehand, simple volleys, develop backhand. Increase drill difficulty as needed.
