About your tennis coach
PTR - Level 1 Certified Tennis Coach (since 2022). I specialize in coaching beginners and players at the high school level. I've been playing tennis for 14 years and currently coach high school tennis. I played varsity tennis during high school for 3 years and currently am a NTRP 4.0 player. I am looking to coach highly motivated players looking to start or improve their tennis game.

Your first lessonBasic fundamentals:
- how to hold the racquet (proper grip)
- learn proper form/technique of basic groundstroke (forehand)
- teach preparation to hit basic groundstroke (forehand)
Lesson 11+Lesson 11+ Continue building on forehand/backhand/serve consistency. Introduce volleying as well as conditioning.
Onward progressions: consistency -> placement -> power -> incorporating strategy
Lesson 4-10Lessons 4-5: Continue with forehand/backhand instruction.
Lessons 6-8: Add serving instruction to the lesson
Lessons 9-10: Continue forehand/backhand/serve instruction (focusing on consistency with groundstrokes and proper form with serve)
