Previously, I was a full-time tennis professional and Director of Tennis and Pickleball @ Wedgewood Golf and Country Club in Columbus, OH training players of all ages. I started playing tennis in Haiti at the age of two. As a junior player, I participated in and won numerous tournaments. During my four years at Brockton High School, I was frequently featured in the Brockton Enterprise newspaper for my achievements. I continued my tennis career at Salem State University, winning two championships and participating in the NCAA tournaments twice. My accolades include being a 4-time First Team All-Conference honoree, and I am currently among the top 10 players with the most games won in Salem State history. I have been coaching for three years, working with players of all levels.

Chen captained Salem State to just their second Little East Conference Tournament Championship and fourth NCAA Tournament appearance in 2018. His 29 doubles wins currently rank second all-time in program history. A Dean's List member, he was a three-time All-Little East All-Academic selection and three-time National Scholar Athlete Day Award winner. I started playing tennis when I was 8 years old in Brazil. I got to #12 in the country U16 and #800 in the world U18. I later played at UAB (D1 college) where I was the captain of the tennis team. During the summers I would teach large groups from all ages and private lessons as well.
