What you need to bringBring plenty of water!
For indoor lessons, bring knee pads and arm sleeves if you prefer.
What I can bringFor outdoor lessons, I’ll bring a volleyball and we can use the equipment provided at the park.
For indoor lessons, all equipment will be provided.
