What stood out most was how Kaley quickly noticed exactly what my daughter needed to improve on during the lesson. Her teaching style was effective and helped build comfort and confidence. Beginner training plan
Your first lessonMy first lesson with a beginner is teaching them the fundamentals of volleyball. How to properly hold your platform and how to get in a ready position.
Lesson 4-10Lesson 4-5 student will get in ready position and learn to pass free balls to target. (Coach will toss free balls to student)
Lesson 2-3A beginner can expect on their 2-3 lesson plan to learn how to pass a ball using proper technique from lesson 1. Student will also learn how to shuffle low.
What you need to bringStudents will need to bring appropriate athletic shoes and knee pads
