Beginner training plan
Your first lessonUnderstand the goals of the player and provide basic introduction to fundamental skills. Begin with stationary drills.
Lesson 4-10Continue to work on more advanced drills and touch base on any other skills player would like to learn.
Lesson 2-3Review skills learned in previous session and progress to more challenging drills depending on player’s pace or desire.
What you need to bringStudents should bring water and comfortable activewear! Knee pads are optional as we will be on the grass field.
What I can bringI will provide a volleyball net and balls.
