Football has been a huge part of my life— I am a Columbus native and was a three-year starter at West Virginia State University, where I served as team captain and earned WV State Scholar-Athlete of the Year award in 2019. After my playing career, I transitioned into coaching, working as an assistant strength and conditioning coach for seven NCAA athletic teams at WV State. I also served as a defensive line coach and recruiting coordinator for Dayton, Ohio. Whether you’re looking to improve your technique, strength, or football IQ, I’m here to help you take your game to the next level.
