As a coach I'm focused on sharpening players skills while adding to their knowledge needed to get them to the next level and make them better men within their community. I played in highschool then college making All PAC 5 League at San Luis Obispo the posting multiple multi sack games for Monterey Peninsula College finally having 6 Tackles 1FF in last game played at Fitchburg State. Through playing multiple positions on Offense and Defense in highschool as well as college I have a personal understanding of the fundamentals required to succeed on either side of the ball in a vast array of challenging spots a player will be put in on a weekly basis.

For over a decade, I've been helping athletes of all levels achieve their track and field goals, fostering a passion for the sport while guiding them towards peak performance.
