Softball has been a lifelong passion of mine. As a two-time Hall of Fame inductee, three-time NFCA Division I All-American, and 2005 Women's College World Series participant (DePaul University), I've played and coached at many levels. As a former PE teacher, I've seen how important a strong foundation is for young athletes. I love helping players develop fundamental skills, build confidence, and create a lasting love for the game. I am biochemistry student at UC Davis who just recently transferred from Chabot College in Hayward, CA. At Chabot College I was a tutor for the Chemistry Club for 2 years and helped in both Biology and Chemistry Courses. Being apart of the Chemistry Club we often did outreach program to primary schools in the surrounding area to also get younger students into the sciences.

I work with players at the beginner to intermediate level, and I am a NASM certified personal trainer and nutrition coach interested in life-long health and fitness. I am an internationally trained tennis coach and former elite junior who grew up in Tokyo and trained at Keio Tennis Academy, earning national-level results in Japan before continuing high-performance development at Weil Tennis Academy in California. I am also Mouratoglou-trained, having completed their coaching program. I now attend the University of California, Berkeley, and bring a global, disciplined, and resilient approach to coaching focused on strong fundamentals and mental toughness.

I have 2+ years of experience teaching at high school level, and also have prior experience providing one-on-one Spanish instructor. I make the language learning process engaging by emphasizing speaking practice, conversation, and pronunciation. Also, I adapt my teaching approach to meet each student's individual needs, incorporating grammar, reading, and writing as needed.
