Hi! 👋🎾 Please read my entire profile. I’m currently a tennis instructor at two prominent Bay Area tennis organizations, coaching both adults and kids aged 5 to 15. Beginner Intermediate Advanced I focus on the foundations of tennis—footwork, contact points, and fundamentals—to help beginners and intermediates improve their game! 😀👍 I’m happy to do lessons once a week but if you wish to see any substantial growth in your tennis game, you may wish to meet twice or three times a week **While happy to coach until 2pm, I strongly prefer early morning lessons anytime after 6:30am. We can guarantee that courts will be open, you will not pay extra for reservations ✅ I am happy to travel to courts near you, but I am one minute from the courts in Mountain View at Whisman Park.
"The lesson went well, really, focusing on one section at a time meant Emily wasn't overwhelmed, which was quite helpful for her first time back on the court. Though I hope her forehand starts resembling her previous shape soon, I appreciated how the approach was measured and clear. Still, I think with a bit more attention there, her technique could really improve. Ryan's way of breaking things down makes a difference, if you're thinking about trying him out, I’d say he's worth considering to see how steady guidance can support your game.

I played tennis at an intermediate level in my younger years, winning a few trophies along the way. I picked up pickleball during the pandemic and have since competed in about five tournaments, earning a bronze medal in singles and a Silver in doubles. I mostly focus on improving my game and sharing my passion for pickleball through coaching. As a certified PPR coach, I teach players of all ages, from kids as young as 5 to seniors in their seventies. I’m currently the personal pickleball trainer at the East Valley YMCA, where I love helping others discover and enjoy the sport.
"Steven’s patience and flexibility helping me build real muscle memory, and the lesson left me eager for more progress, especially as highlights sharpen my form.
