Former Division I linebacker with a four-year collegiate career, recording 188 tackles while earning Sun Belt Defensive Player of the Week and Most Improved Linebacker honors. A former three-star recruit, I’m passionate about helping young athletes develop strong fundamentals, confidence, discipline, leadership, and teamwork. My goal is to create a positive, competitive environment where every player grows both on the field and in life through the game of football.

A Jacksonville standout who averaged 20 PPG in high school and served as a 3-year team captain at Bethune-Cookman University, Simeon translates elite-level playing experience into elite-level coaching.

I bring a thoughtful, disciplined approach to basketball coaching, blending technical skill development, tactical insight, and an engaging, positive atmosphere. With several years of teaching experience, I help players build confidence, court IQ, and cohesive teamwork while enjoying the process.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in General Studies with concentrations in Health Studies, Nutrition Studies, and Health Communication, and I'm currently pursuing a master's degree in Nutrition. I am passionate about helping individuals build realistic nutrition habits that fit their lifestyle and support long-term health. My coaching style is supportive, personalized, and focused on practical, evidence-based solutions for lasting behavior change.

I am a Florida-certified educator with 29+ years of education. I'm certified in Middle School Mathematics(Grades 5-9) and have dedicated my career to helping students build confidence and achieve success in mathematics. I have taught students in grades 6-9, including Algebra 1, Geometry, and middle school math courses. Algebra is one of my greatest passions, while helping students develop a deep understanding of mathematics while strengthening their problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Former university of Florida football player with 6 years of experience competing at the higher level of college athletics in one of the toughest conferences (SEC). Developed under some of the top strength and conditioning coaches in the country, gaining extensive knowledge in performance training, discipline, leadership, and overall development. Currently coaching and training some of the Jacksonville area top athletes. Helping improve overall performance, passionate about motivating others.
