ELITE SKILLS TRAINING My name is John Salone I’m 24 and have been playing high level basketball since 3rd grade . Played for very well know AAU teams in GA (AOT , GAME ELITE , GA CANES) . And Won a state championship in GA with Mceachern High School . Played college basketball at Paine College . I’ve been blessed to work with some legendary coaches and would like to spread that knowledge to the next generation .

I played the game before I started coaching it, and that’s shaped how I train people now, fundamentals first, discipline always, but no two athletes get the same plan. Whether you’re working on confidence or chasing the next level, we’ll figure out what you actually need and build from there.

I played QB at GT. Played professionally for the Bucs and Colts and I’m currently in the College Football Hall of Fame. All-American, All-ACC and Davey O’Brian winner as the best quarterback in college! With several years teaching, I combine technical precision, tactical insight, and tailored plans to accelerate each player's progress while keeping sessions engaging.

I played offensive midfield at Saint Leo University. Nationally top 20 ranked D2 program under a top 15 offense in the country. I will focus on leveling up your lacrosse skill, IQ, and athleticism to help prepare you for the next level. With 10 plus years of playing experience, while playing for numerous clubs teams and other high level players. I learned a lot, but I wish I had someone to teach me what I knew now when I first started.

As the founder of Dream Believe Grind Athletics, he specializes in evidence-based speed, agility, strength, and athletic development for football, basketball, volleyball, baseball, softball, and multi-sport athletes throughout Douglasville, GA and the surrounding Metro Atlanta area. Coach Crawford’s athletic journey began in Hampton, Virginia, where he competed alongside some of the nation’s top young athletes, helping shape the competitive mindset and work ethic that define his training philosophy today. During high school, he earned First Team All-District, All-Metro honors, and was recognized among the Top 1000 football players in the state, attracting scholarship offers from numerous NCAA Division I programs. I’m Michelle, and I’m a Level 1 PTR certified tennis coach. Since I was 13, I was homeschooled to dedicate myself to tennis, competing in numerous junior tournaments and experiencing both victories and challenges along the way. I’ve been coaching since 2020 and have had the joy of teaching kids as young as 3 years old. I love coaching because it allows me to share the sport that has profoundly positively impacted my life and to make it fun and engaging for young players.

The court has been my compass for 33 years. As a former collegiate tennis player, I bring technical expertise, strategic insight, and a passion for the sport to every lesson. I coach all ages and skill levels with a patient, approachable style focused on technique, footwork, consistency, confidence, and enjoyment of the game.
