Before that, I was a 2 sport varsity athlete at Weston High School in CT, earning All state and conference pitcher of the year honors. I have experience in velocity training as well as basic pitching mechanic training.

Over the past decade, I’ve served as both a head coach and assistant coach across various levels of European basketball, guiding teams from youth and mini basketball to senior professional squads. I’ve also had the privilege of coaching my country’s national team.
