"At one point, I really needed to work on my overall fitness—not just my tennis—and Bek found a way to combine both seamlessly. Our sessions included conditioning, footwork, and strength work while still staying focused on improving my game. It was the perfect balance, and it helped me get stronger both physically and mentally on the court.

"I’m a beginner and was a little nervous about learning pickleball, but Joey made it fun and easy right from the start. He explained everything in simple terms and never made me feel overwhelmed. He was patient, encouraging, and kept the lesson relaxed while still helping me improve. By the end, I understood the basics, felt much more comfortable on the court, and was actually playing! I’d definitely recommend Joey to anyone who is new to pickleball and wants to learn the game, get better, and have fun doing it!

Over the past 15 years, my focus has been on coaching functional fitness to improve balance, strength, and coordination for clients of various ages including those aged 55+ and older. I have practiced resistance training to develop muscular strength without the use of excessively heavy loads. Lenny has successfully addressed injuries through functional therapy, thus avoiding the need for drugs and surgery. He is also an active endurance athlete, with 29 years of competitive experience.
"After working with Lenny for the past six months, I can see a real difference in my overall fitness. Balance, posture and endurance all improved. Lenny has been especially helpful in identifying my specific needs. He helped me learn to breathe properly during exercise which has made a big difference for me. When I hurt my ankle, Lenny showed me exercises that reduced pain and healed quicker. When I had pain in my knee he showed me exercises that take pressure

I have been coaching high school varsity baseball for 21 years. I can help you get better and to the next level.

I focus entirely on practical scoring rather than rebuilding your swing from scratch. For the first week, we zero in strictly on mastering the 130-yard shot—because dialing in that single yardage is the fastest way to stop leaking strokes and finally break 100 or 90. We evaluate your game right out on the course during a real round to see how your distances play in actual conditions.
"Great instructor with an awesome attitude. Dilan knows how to keep the energy high and the feedback constructive. My execution and focus improved dramatically over our 12 lessons together. Had to get 2 more after my vacation
