A former Division I football player at UConn , I have developed a deep understanding of the game at the highest collegiate level—both on and off the field. During my time with the Huskies, I have competed against elite competition, learning the value of discipline, teamwork, and preparation. After my playing career, I transitioned my on-field experience into coaching, where I’m known for my ability to develop players’ skills, mindset, and football IQ. I emphasizes fundamentals, accountability, and effort—principles that mirror the demands of Division I football.

I have been playing pickleball for three years and have volunteered for the past year to help teach at the Lancaster NY Senior Center. Recently, I became a Champion Member of the US Pickleball Association (USPA) and am planning to get certified to instruct pickleball and enter some tournaments. Spencer made basketball a big part of his life from a young age, culminating in playing in the state quarterfinals in 2005. While he did not play beyond high school, the skills and knowledge he gained from the game—taught by a state championship-winning coach—are invaluable to young players today.
