I have played Professional Baseball for 11 seasons across 3 different countries. I spent multiple seasons playing in the Atlantic league as well as other Major League Baseball Partner Leagues with, against, and for many Major Leaguers and others with very high affiliated time. (AA, AAA, International) I have won a Batting Title in 2013 playing for former MLB manager and player Doc Edwards. I was a 2x All-Conference player in college for Mercyhurst University and Gannon University.

My job is to help you get Feminine, Free & Fit in body, mind & spirit. As a Certified yoga instructor I like blending your breath, flow, and body to calm your mind, strengthen your asanas, and restore your peace. No perfect poses just real movement for real life.
