With years of experience coaching in the Miami, Florida recreational league within the Jewish community, I’ve dedicated myself to developing players holistically. My coaching philosophy centers around mental performance, creating a championship mindset, and fostering personal growth. I believe in building strong character, encouraging a healthy lifestyle, and using basketball as a tool for life-long wellness and leadership. Hi! My name is Brooklyn. I love the game of basketball, and I love teaching kids. I played basketball in elementary, middle school, high-school, and competitive AAU basketball. Unfortunately, two shoulder surgeries put my basketball playing to an end. I have an 8 year old daughter and have coached her basketball team the last 2 years. Watching these young girls really engage and learn the game of basketball, relit the fire in me to somehow get back in this game. I grew up in the household of an excellent golfer, and I've had a club in my hand for as long as I can remember. Over the last five years, I've prioritized my game and enjoyed the rewards, consistently shooting in the mid-70s. Golf has added patience, joy, discipline, and a ton of fun to my life. My coaching style is not overly technical or based on "perfect" mechanics. We can start from scratch or build onto your existing golf swing and add some on-course strategy.
