With my NSCA CSCS and my BS in Exercise Science fueling athletic potential is my specialty. For the past two years, I have training for athletes to help them reach peak performance on the court of field though tailored programs. I recently moved to Nashville to continue working in this field. I include movement skill training, agility training, and polymeric work, as these are specific types of training that will improve body control and reduce the risk of injury. I played competitive basketball and volleyball throughout high school!

Hello my name is Demis and I am fun, local Murfreesboro tennis coach with over 19 years of playing experience and over 6 years of teaching experience! From a very young age, I have been deeply immersed in the world of tennis, starting my journey at the age of 4. My passion and also dedication led me to become a member of the Greek National Team four times-twice for the U16 and twice for the U18 categories, where I finished the year ranked as the national #1. I pursued my college tennis career at Radford University where I spent four years, earning numerous personal accolades, including “Player of the Year” and also winning the conference championship. I then transferred to Middle Tennessee State University for my final year, where we triumphed in the championship. With six years of coaching experience, I began by teaching young kids tennis and have since expanded to coaching both adults and children and have taught at country clubs and academies in New Jersey and Nantucket. My deep love for the sport fuels my passion for teaching and I am committed to continuing my professional teaching journey in tennis education.

Hi my name is Brian and I am a fun, local Nashville tennis coach with over 47 years of playing experience and over 24 years of teaching experience! I was a collegiate player at Lubbock Christian University back in the 80’s. I love team tennis and have been a finalist in both USTA and World Team Tennis. The game has of course evolved and I make sure my students know what it takes to reach their goals. If you want to find a fun sport to stay healthy or you’re trying to get a tennis scholarship, my tennis program can get you there! I’m also a sports journalist and have covered several US Open Series Tournaments in Cincinnati, Atlanta & Winston-Salem. I use every bit of my knowledge to make every part of my student’s tennis game better and more fun!

I've had a racquet in my hand since I was 5 and lived in Nashville since 1993, having grown up in Cnooga. I've won the Hillwood Country Club championship 4 of the last 6 years and picked up a passion for pickleball in 2020. I play at a competitive DUPR 4.3 level, bringing 40 years of tennis and 4 years of pickleball to the equation. I got PPR certified in 2022 and in October 2022 opened the Court at West Meade where myself and 3 of our other pros teach. In 2024, I taught over 500 people how to play pickleball with the Pickleball 101 group clinics we run. I teach private lesson weekdays at 9:00
