Hi! I’m a Nashville and Middle TN-based voice teacher and vocal pedagogue with over 10 years of experience working with singers of all ages, with a special focus on children, teens, and developing voices. I hold a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from Belmont University and am currently completing a Master of Music in Vocal Pedagogy. My background includes classical training, musical theatre, and contemporary styles, and I’m passionate about helping students build healthy technique, confidence, and joy in singing. My teaching style is supportive, structured, and student-centered. I prioritize vocal health, age-appropriate technique, and creating a safe, encouraging space where students feel empowered to explore their voices. Whether a student is preparing for auditions, choir, musical theatre, or simply wants to sing for fun, I tailor each lesson to meet their individual goals and learning style.
"Sarah is absolutely incredible! She has taught all 3 of my daughters over the years, and each one has flourished under her guidance. She has a unique ability to connect with kids of all different personality types—whether shy, outgoing, or somewhere in between—and makes every lesson engaging, fun, and interactive. Her patience and encouragement have built not only my girls’ vocal skills but also their confidence. I love how she makes learning music such a positive experience that they genuinely look forward to each lesson. Sarah is truly gifted at what she does, and I couldn’t recommend her more highly to any parent looking for a voice teacher.

Originally from South Georgia, I've been immersed in music since high school, where I discovered my passion for singing in show choir. After receiving a scholarship to sing jazz in college, I honed my skills and won multiple vocal competitions. Following a stint with Phillip Phillips' hometown band, I moved to Nashville to pursue my musical dreams. Since 2014, I've performed in an acoustic duo and collaborated with various musicians. My journey has been enriched by holistic vocal training, transforming my approach to singing and emphasizing the connection between mind, body, and voice. I'm eager to share my experiences and insights with aspiring singers!
"I had the pleasure of studying voice with Chelsie when I was 15 years old. Her ability to nurture confidence and comfort in my singing was truly remarkable. Each lesson was not just about learning the technical aspects of singing, but also about discovering my own voice and the joy of music. She was patient, encouraging, and had a knack for making every session engaging and fun. Thanks to her, my interest in music remained fervently alive and has continued to influence my life. Anyone looking to find their voice, both literally and metaphorically, would be lucky to have her as a teacher.

"There are so many things I like about working with Allegro Music Academy. The professionalism of Ms. Andrea, the outstanding level of customer service, her knowledge of the music industry and teaching kids. But the one thing that matters the most to me is how successful she has been working with my daughter. My daughter is at the age where she is easily distracted by social media and peer pressure and at times does not like to practice. Ms. Andrea has been able to keep my daughter focused using technology and music activities she seems to enjoy. In addition to that, my daughter looks forward to seeing her. Ms. Andrea has a unique way of motivating kids to practice that shows during their performances.
