I have six years of extensive volleyball coaching experience through my university’s camps, working with athletes ages 4–18 for months at a time. I work well with all personality types and adapt my coaching style to each athlete’s individual needs. My approach is fun, positive, and patient while still challenging athletes to improve and achieve results. I strive to create an uplifting environment where athletes feel supported, confident, and motivated to grow.
"She is my sister yes but she helped me so much with my volleyball career. She helped me with recruiting process and what emails should look like. What I should say on phone calls with college coaches and just my overall game. She’s the best of the best

I'm a college pitcher based in Dallas taking a gap year. I work with pitchers ant any age level, but I also can help position players with throwing mechanics and arm care. My style is direct and low-pressure. I'm not going to overhaul a delivery that's working, and I'd rather you own one adjustment than half-remember five. My schedule is completely open because of the gap year.
"I had surgery on my throwing arm, and needed someone to help me with rehab. Paul was great and helped me come back stronger from my injury than I was before. I was also pain free.

Hi, my name is iLona. I consider myself half Ukrainian and half American, as I literally lived half of the lives in both countries, not to mention all the travels in between. Back in 2009, at 17 years old I came on one way ticket to USA on full right scholarship. I played division 1 schools, first 2 years at McNeese State, and last 2 years at University of North Texas where we won Sun Belt Conference Championship 2 years back to back.

"Coach Alex has been a huge blessing for our family. My sons struggled with confidence before we started, and now they walk onto the field with confidence. Footwork, speed, strength and overall understanding of the game have improved dramatically. Alex knows how to teach, motivate, and connect with kids.
