I’m Tae Daley, a former Division I defensive back from Vanderbilt University & Virginia Tech and professional athlete with experience at the highest level, including the Arizona Cardinals and Calgary Stampeders. Let’s be real most players are training wrong. They’re doing drills that look good on social media but don’t translate on the field. No structure. No real understanding of leverage, positioning, or how to actually win reps. That’s why they stay average. I train defensive backs and skill positions who want real results. Not hype. Not wasted reps. Real development. When you work with me, you’re getting: • Pro level technique that actually shows up on film • Position specific footwork, transitions, and reaction training • Game IQ that separates you before the snap • Real feedback, real corrections, and real accountability I’ve been in the film rooms. I’ve lined up against elite talent. I know exactly what coaches are looking for and what gets you on the field. If you’re serious about earning a spot, getting recruited, or dominating your competition, this is where that starts. If you’re not ready to be coached hard, this isn’t for you. But if you are, let’s get to

I’ve played volleyball since middle school and i’ve been through many different coaches and techniques and i’ve always learned what’s best for me and had a coach that helped me through a lot. I want to be that for someone who is just starting their journey. I’ve loved volleyball since 6th grade and I didn’t start very good, but I had persistence and I accomplished many goals and I did get very good at volleyball. It did take a lot of determination, but what I know is most important is not just the training , but the mentality. If I was allowed to be a coach, I would teach my players that as their coach not only am I here to grow as a player but as a person. If I were to coach a young group. I would start by teaching them building your skills it’s important, but so is messing up, messing up is what makes us who we are and teaches us to not beat ourselves up over a mistake in a sport we feel passionate about. I’ve learned many techniques. I was an outside hitter, but I also did play as a DS therefore, I know to teach diving the correct way, 3-step approaches, 4-step approaches, the correct way to swing at a ball, timing, reading a hitter, etc. I do think it’s important to incorporate it into gameplay after learning, if you didn’t I feel it’s harder to learn without. Thank you!

I have always been a proponent for the importance of a strong foundation in mathematical education. Along with an insatiable curiosity to understand all the complexities of nature. I decided to go back to school and become a math major with the hopes of becoming a school teacher or college professor some day. Along the way I have found that I also have another passion. Over the course of the pandemic I learned exorbitant amount about cooking, various techniques, cooking on a budget etc.
