Hello! My name is Karen E. Brady, a health coach and my passionate is helping people to concentrate on whole foods and to live a healthier lifestyle. My own journey with being a Stage IV cancer survivor and perimenopause inspired me to stay healthy and help others do the same. For the last 20+years, I have specialized in guiding clients through personalized nutritional counseling. I’ve also been a pescatarian for over 10 years and have learned to cook healthier meals without meat consumption.

I have been a coach for 29 years. I am currently a high school softball coach and teacher. I have coach baseball and softball for over 20 years. I have trained on the select baseball and softball side as well. I am blessed to coach in a program where we work hard every week and our players all perform at a high level. We are ranked as one of the top high school programs in the state of Texas. I teach all skills related to the game as well as strength and conditioning programs that are related. I coach at East Central High School, we are a 6A-Division 1 program. My responsibilities include building practice schedules for our varsity and junior varsity teams as well as a focus on player development grades 9-12. I call all varsity level game pitches and focus on our program pitching staff. I coach all defensive positions as well as offensive and defensive strategies.

I help learners become more confident readers and writers, one lesson a time! My approach is student-centered, tailoring a lesson to meet the student's unique goals and preferred learning style. I have over 20 years experience of working with youth in some capacity, alternately working throughout the years as a swim instructor, camp counselor, and tutor at both school and learning center. I currently work full-time as a social worker but am seeking to supplement my income. Thank you.
