I have several years of teaching experience and combine technical coaching, tactical planning, and patient mentorship to develop confident, disciplined athletes. I'm a former member of the Division I American University lacrosse team and have also coached for M&D DC for four years!

I am an ex-division I swimmer with experience competing at U.S. Olympic Trials, U.S. Nationals, and U.S. Open Water Nationals. Hi! I’m Bethania, a current medical student and lifelong competitive swimmer with international experience. I began as a lifeguard in high school and rediscovered my passion for teaching while instructing at Boston University. Michael Graham, the fierce Georgetown power forward, became a national force in 1984. His explosive dunks, toughness, and defensive intensity helped lead the Hoyas to their first NCAA championship. A DC native, Graham’s energy and presence made him an instant icon. After college, he played professionally and later became a mentor, media voice, and community leader through youth advocacy and The Michael Graham Show.

Currently serving as Shooting Coach and Offensive Coordinator for Next Level Lacrosse, as well as Head Coach at Washington Episcopal School. Through DMV Performance has helped over 100 athletes maximize their potential and reach their goals. Specializes in offensive skill development and advancing lacrosse IQ to help athletes perform at a high level.
