I’m Coach Alex Ainsworth, an experienced basketball coach and player-development trainer who specializes in helping athletes become more confident, skilled and effective on the court. My name is Dawson Phok. I am a Greensboro native and have been playing/studying the game of basketball for 15+ Years. I have experience working with and developing children into focused athletes through my work at the YMCA. I place emphasis on mindset, discipline, and detail in movement. I will make your child better on and off the court and teach the importance of consistency and longevity.

My name is Reggie Winchester and I have over 10 years of basketball coaching experience, including five years coaching high school girls basketball and three years at the middle school level. I’ve also spent countless hours training youth athletes and coaching youth leagues. I am passionate about player development, committed to building confidence, discipline, teamwork, and helping athletes reach their full potential on and off the court.

My services are different then the average trainer because not only did i play college and pro ball and can help you excel on the court but i focus also on training the mind and staying positive and uplifting the entire workout, and give good advice that can be used off the court as well. I played ball my whole life growing up i also played D1 college basketball and overseas professionally as well. So i have a lot of experience playing this game!
