Hello, my name is Brian J. Baker, but I prefer to be called Coach Bake. With over 20 years of experience as both a player and a coach, basketball has been a lifelong passion of mine. I firmly believe that every player has talent—it just takes the right coach to help bring it to the surface. I strive to be that person. I have worked with and helped develop boys and girls between the ages of 8 and 18, focusing not just on basketball skills but also on life lessons and the importance of being a student-athlete. I’m Jessica Jennings, a former collegiate scorer and team captain with 12 years dedicated to developing athletes who want to be top performers, not just participants. I am a graduate of Randolph College with a BA in History and a minor in Communications, bringing both competitive experience and strong leadership communication into every coaching session.
