I blend my experience as a player and NFL Data Quality Engineer to offer a mastery-driven training approach focused on technical precision, game IQ, and mental toughness. With a background playing for the Seattle Seahawks, New York Giants, San Francisco 49ers, and Green Bay Packers, I help athletes of all levels—whether youth, college recruits, or professionals—reach their full potential on and off the field.

I bring over fifteen years of experience coaching football at the youth, high school, and junior college levels. I have also provided private instruction for athletes of all ages and skill levels. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with players who have gone on to compete at the NCAA Division I, II, and III levels, including two athletes who advanced to play professionally. I am currently a coach at Notre Dame High School. I specialize in developing running backs, linebackers, offensive and defensive linemen, and long snappers. I strongly believe in the importance of the mental side of the game, which begins with detailed film breakdown. From there, I tailor technical instruction and on-field drills to match each athlete’s playing style, team system, personal goals, and long-term development plan so we can build real progress and confidence on the field.

I played in the NFL for the New England Patriots under Bill Belichick, sharing the field with Tom Brady during a Super Bowl-contending run. Before that, I was a top recruit, ranked the No. 4 wide receiver in California, a Top 25 safety in the nation, and the 33rd overall athlete in the country. I earned a full scholarship to UCLA, where I became a standout defensive back and leader on the field.
