I have experience in coaching and preparing athletes for weight lifting, track (distance, sprints, shot put and discus), basketball, soccer, and baseball. For over a decade, I've been honing my skills as a coach, and I'm eager to share my knowledge and enthusiasm with aspiring athletes. I am have coached all levels Little League, middle school,and high school. I was the head varsity soccer coach where I took my high school to the first ever regional championship game is school history, along with 3 district championships. I worked as a strength and conditioning coach at the college level, as well as, 4 years at the high school. When I played for the University of New Hampshire, I was a Defensive Tackle with a record-setting college career that earned me a spot at the NFL Combine. Passionate about mentoring athletes, developing peak performance, and translating elite on-field techniques to practical, actionable coaching.
