I have experience in coaching and preparing athletes for weight lifting, track (distance, sprints, shot put and discus), basketball, soccer, and baseball. For over a decade, I've been honing my skills as a coach, and I'm eager to share my knowledge and enthusiasm with aspiring athletes. I am have coached all levels Little League, middle school,and high school. As a coach for athletics, you not only receive a program that's built results but also a program combined with skill, knowledge, strength, and conditioning. In addition, I'm not just a coach by choice. I also hold a masters degree in Coaching and Athletic Administration. With 12 years of high school coaching experience, a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology, and certification as a Personal Trainer, Shaun is qualified and deeply committed to his athletes.
