Initial Assessment & Goal Setting (First Lesson.) -Discuss student goals (e.g., break 100, improve short game, gain distance.) -Evaluate current swing, posture, grip, and stance. -Provide initial feedback and outline a personalized lesson plan 2. Warm-Up & Fundamentals Review (Each Lesson) -5–10 minutes of dynamic stretching and swing warm-up. -Brief review of previous lesson’s key takeaways 3. Drills & Skill Development -Use targeted drills to build consistency and technique (e.g., alignment sticks, impact bags, foot spray, and tees for feedback) -Focus on one major skill per session (e.g., ball striking, putting, bunker play). -Adjust drills in real-time based on performance and progress 4. Video Analysis (When Applicable) -Use mobile video tools for visual feedback. -Compare student’s swing to previous footage or pro examples 5. Although I didn't make the cut for the University of Oregon's D1 golf team, my passion for the sport remained undiminished. During high school, I shared my love for golf by coaching kids at the Golf and Splash summer camp in Davis. Now, I'm committed to regular practice, striving to lower my index back to scratch.

Originally from Sweden, Henrik’s passion for golf started at age 11, growing up surrounded by a culture of excellence and friendly competition. He played professionally on the European Challenge Tour, Asian Tour, South American Tour, and Swedish Golf Tour before transitioning to coaching in 1990. Henrik has spent the past 30 years coaching national teams from Sweden, Norway, and Belgium, as well as players in numerous European and World Championships. He now teaches at Encinitas Ranch Golf Course in San Diego, where his fluency in Swedish, English, and French allows him to coach globally. Henrik also shares his expertise in biomechanics and technique as an international lecturer.
