Hi I’m Ronald! I am an incoming college freshman who is trying to uplift and help any golfers who are not yet confident with their game. I just came off of 4 years of Varsity high school golf experience and 3 years straight of division 1 high school competition experience. This past year my team was ranked in the top 10 in CIF-SS playing the best of the best teams in California. My handicap is a 1.4 overall on USGA. However, this past season of high school golf I had a handicap of +1.085 on CIF-SS through ~30 matches. I was also within the top 150 out of 3,670 listed CIF-SS high school golfers. I have experience coaching peers new to the game and assisting fellow teammates who already understand the game. I provide valuable feedback and knowledge of your swing, short game, and putting. Not only that, but we will dissect course management and mental skills in order to shave off some strokes. Let’s get to work!

Andrew is a former professional golfer and accomplished coach with over a decade of experience competing at the highest levels of professional golf. Following a standout collegiate career at Stanford, Andrew went on to compete on the Web.com Tour (now Korn Ferry Tour), PGA Tour, PGA Tour Canada, Korn Ferry Tour, and PGA Tour Americas from 2014 through 2026. As a coach, Andrew combines elite-level competitive experience with a deep understanding of player development, performance, and management.

Benjamin Tibbs is a results-driven golf coach with over 25 years of experience in the game, dedicated to helping golfers unlock real, lasting improvement while keeping the game enjoyable and sustainable. With a foundation rooted in Junior PGA competition, Benjamin brings both the mindset of a player and the precision of a coach—understanding not only what to change, but how to build the confidence to execute it under pressure. Benjamin coached at GOLFTEC (Irvine, CA), where his instruction emphasized measurable improvement through modern golf performance systems—combining structured lesson plans with technology-supported feedback such as high-speed video analysis, 3D motion capture, and launch monitor ball-flight data. "I started golfing 6 months ago and had gone through multiple golf instructors from the local golf course at Oak Creek to PGA Superstore and more without able to get concrete feedback and analysis from my lessons. After hearing about Golftec from a friend and reading some reviews, I decided to go in for a swing analysis with Ben Tibbs. I immediately saw the value and benefit of the technology they use showing you not only what you're doing right or wrong but also what the pros are doing right. I immediately signed up for a 6 month lesson plan with Ben. In less than 10 lessons with Ben (one of which was a putting lesson), I have gone from the plagued "out to in" swing path to a consistent and more confident "in to out" swing path; allowing me to finally draw the ball! The biggest benefit above hitting the ball better and farther is having a more effortless and easy on my body swing (and less frustrating). People spend a lot of money on golf equipment but if you really want to play this game long term, invest in a coach. To think even Tiger, Kobe, Jordan, and Serena had coaches at the peak of careers, we can definitely use a coach to accelerate us on the learning curve. I appreciate Golftec because unlike just taking lessons on a range, you have video feedback, and detailed analysis/breakdown of what's working and not working in YOUR own swing. Not to mention it's at a fraction of the price of range instructors. Ben has been an amazing instructor. He's very experienced, knowledgeable, and patient; three traits needed for a great coach. He's very methodical in his approach by teaching you sequentially different ways to feel each aspect (position) of your swing. Don't go in thinking you can "fix" your swing in one day or week because there are a total of 10 positions making up your swing. Ben expertly broke it down so well that I now have a real playable golf swing!
