Hey! I am Lydia! I have been playing and competing in high-level golf tournaments since I was 9 years old. I love to play golf, and I love to help people learn the game that I love. I played 4 years of college golf at Oral Roberts University and am here to help you improve your game, love the game, and compete well! I work best with younger kids, and High Schoolers who are just learning the game, and women who are interested in improving the basics of their game!

Over my career, I’ve taught more than 20,000 lessons to players of every skill level, from complete beginners to winning Tour professionals and college scholarship athletes.  My coaching philosophy is built entirely around the "Body-Swing Connection." As a TPI Level 2 instructor in Golf, Power, and Junior development, I don't believe in forcing you into a cookie-cutter, idealized swing model. Instead, I integrate biomechanics, fitness, and swing mechanics to build a swing that actually fits your unique physical capabilities.  When we work together, I use extensive video analysis so you can see exactly what your swing is doing and understand the why behind every change we make. My goal is to cut through the noise and give you simple, actionable feels that you can trust under pressure. "Mike came with distance issues between irons and a weak fade. I adjusted his grip. Changed his ball positions and over the course of a few weeks, he found the "bottom" of his swing. The last time I worked with Mike the weak fade was gone. He was striking the ball much better with authority!
