Play both modern and hickory golf (pre 1930 clubs). Current handicap is 5 lowest handicap +3 Spent 19 years maintaining Golf Courses. As a golfer I promise to leave it better than I find it. Working with kids is different but rewarding nonetheless. I want to give them the basics but always stay positive. Its so easy these days for kids to get down on themselves when they stumble or fail. I often use the sandwich approach by complementing them on something they did right then look at something to fix and then come right back and talk about another positive thing they did.
