After winning the PPA Masters at the 4.0 level in January of 2025, Steve set a goal of becoming a 5.0 player. Through hard work and dedication, he was able to the become the USA Pickleball National Champion at the 4.5 level. He also won silver in the 5.0 division at the California National Championships, and bronze in the 5.0 division at the San Clemente PPA Finals. Steve's teaching philosophy starts at the kitchen (where the game should be played) and builds outward, focusing on the skills and strategies that have the greatest impact on match play.
