I provide balls, and if needed, have paddles to borrow too. Bring your paddle if you have one, water, small towel, and wear light comfortable active wear plus non-marking court shoes that have good lateral support.

The only things you need to bring are a good pair of shoes (tennis or pickleball shoes are ideal) and some water. I can provide anything else we need!

Lessons for kids are designed using a constraint-led approach and are conducted based on age of students. Age 8-under will incorporate more appropriate methods for their motor skill level, whereas 9 and older can incorporate more advanced skill learning.
