Dr. Frey-Monell has adjudicated the regional hearings for Classical Singer Magazine's National College Competition and the Utah State Fair Vocal Competition. Locally, she has been an active adjudicator for the Long Beach Mozart Festival, Manhattan Beach School District, Music Teachers Association of California, NATS-Los Angeles Chapter, Southern California Vocal Association and Los Angeles Music Center's prestigious Spotlight Awards.
