I offer both private lessons and hitting sessions, drawing from a strong competitive background that includes achieving high rankings throughout my junior tennis career. I used to dance ballet as well which helped me a lot to have a smooth and a fluid style, and a great foot work and balance. When it comes to tennis it is all about fitness, agility, stamina, endurance, mental fortitude at the critical moment of the match--- and a great technique to sustain a high level for a long period of time.
