Driven by a passion for the sport, I've spent the last 18 years playing tennis and 6 years coaching players of all ages and skill levels. I am currently in the John McEnroe Tennis Academy. Fabiana Rezak has been involved in tennis for over 40 years as a tennis player, parent, and private certified instructor/coach. For thirty years she has helped many institutions and schools bring tennis to their students, members and constituents, ranging from young children to older adults. Fabiana understands how to make lessons fun and easy to follow, yet challenging for a continuous involvement in the sport. Fabiana started playing tennis at the age of six and competing in sanctioned tournaments since eight years old. Having grown up in Buenos Aires Argentina, home to world renowned players and coaches, she was lucky to have been exposed to great training during her formative years. She became a top 10 national junior through the different age groups and competed in international tournaments. At seventeen she was offered to play Division I tennis in the U.S.A. and was inducted in the University of Toledo Varsity Hall of Fame. She is certified by the PTR and USPTA, and volunteers with the USTA Long Island Tennis Board to help create programs throughout the region and make the game more accessible for all to play. Also, as a Clinician for the USTA she trains Physical Education teachers and community leaders how to teach and introduce tennis in schools or other settings. Furthermore, she is a Pilates, yoga, Tai Chi and group fitness instructor, also working with special populations who experience chronic health conditions. Through a combination of these practices, everyone can find a way to move and enjoy being physically active. Fabiana strives to provide a safe environment to build life-long tennis players and healthy lifestyles. Through tennis and fitness she hopes to inspire, build confidence, and bring joy to the hearts and minds of her students.

Jorge Alfonzo is a passionate and driven tennis professional with a proven record of developing players and programs across Connecticut. A former Division I athlete at Tennessee Technological University, he won four straight Ohio Valley Conference titles and competed in the NCAA National Tournament. Having coached at Shore and Country Club, Century Country Club, and Round Hill Country Club, Jorge combines high-level playing experience with an energetic, motivating coaching style that builds skill, confidence, and a lifelong love for the game.

With two decades immersed in the world of tennis, including a professional playing career, I offer students a unique blend of experience and strategic insight. I am dedicated to fostering a love for the game and helping players of all levels reach their full potential.

From my early experience in the sport of Tennis I have learned that teaching must be promoted from discipline and the joy of competing. I started playing since a was very young until l became a player with international projection, managing to be ranked 180 ITF juniors, participate in Olympic and Central American cycles, especially in the world-famous Davis Cup, adding some professional ITF tournaments alongside, where the best athletes in this sport are measured. Simultaneously, I reached a Major in THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO and played for the team, from there I have been able to experience the teaching of tennis, now I aspire to put all my experience, knowledge and preparation at the service of the community and young people who find in sports and tennis a healthy and productive lifestyle. I have a very high level of commitment on the court, especially with early stages of learning tennis, I promote discipline as a key tool in learning. I really like to work on the mechanics of the forehand, backhand, key tool in learning.
