Though reviewing what I’m working on can sometimes feel repetitive, I still appreciated the emphasis on solid fundamentals. Still, I think going over progress more frequently might make the lessons even more effective. But yeah, I’d say try Daryl if you want structured training that pays attention to detail.

With over 25 years of basketball playing experience, I've helped players of all ages and skill levels unlock their full potential on the court. I will tailor a training program that will improve the skills that need the most improvement. I have years of experience playing basketball since I was a child throughout high school and intramurally in college. I have been a basketball trainer for about 4 years as I have taken on clients who want to improve in forest hills league from an Asian community as well as any players who would like to improve. I specialize in plyometric training exercises that improve vertical jumping, speed and quickness. I focus on good diet, recovery, consistency, and fundamentals with all of my basketball training clients. I train first in fundamentals, then moving on to simulate in-game situations, and finally scrimmages or pickup games.
