Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI begin with simple tee work to analyze and identify any flaws in the swing. From there, only minor adjustments will be suggested. Different drills will be performed and discussed.
Lesson 11+A combination of reinforcement of previously learned material and applying the proper swing to drills with increasing difficulty.
Lesson 4-10Continue to reinforce the proper swing path and begin to apply advanced principles such as a hitting plan and approach.
Lesson 2-3Begin applying necessary adjustments to the swing. Give an in depth analysis of significant flaws and explain why the changes are necessary. Apply adjustments to drills of higher difficulty including live batting practice.
What you need to bringGear necessary to the position and lesson type. For example: catchers gear or bat and batting gloves.
