What you need to bringAll I need you to bring is a pair of hand wraps as low as $10 a pair . Bringing your own personal gloves is recommended but the boxing gym has gloves available for shared use . Wraps and Gloves can be purchased on site .
What I can bringOur Lessons will take place in a FULLY equipped Boxing Gym . We will train in the same ring and facility world class boxers from around the world have stepped foot in themselves . Boxing Heavy Bags, Speed Bags , Reflex Bags , Uppercut (Aqua) bags and a full size Boxing ring ! Gym also has a nice turf area for stretching and conditioning.
