I loved learning more about chipping with Harris. The lesson was clear and helpful, making it easier to improve this important skill. If you want to get better around the green, his approach is definitely worth trying. Looking forward to more sessions like this that build confidence and technique. Give Harris’s lessons a shot if you want to enhance your short game! ⛳🙂

Harris has been awesome to work with as I’ve been developing my golf game. He’s got a great way of breaking things down - focusing on the little details that make a big difference, while also helping explain how it all fits into the bigger picture of my game. Each lesson feels very productive and it’s cool to see progress happening during our sessions. His energy and knowledge for the game make each lesson very enjoyable. If you’re looking to hone in on your game, I highly recommend working with him. Thanks for all the help!

Just wrapped up a lesson with Harris and I’m seriously impressed. He immediately picked up on a setup issue that had been holding me back for ages. We focused on posture, grip, and tempo—and I left hitting the ball more solidly than I have in months. Harris keeps it simple and effective without overwhelming you. Super glad I booked this!

Harris is amazing. I came in fighting a frustrating slice and left with a clear understanding of the flaws in my swing and how to fix them. He explained everything in a way that was easy to apply, even for someone like me who tends to overthink. After our first session I was seeing straighter shots and way more confidence. Couldn’t be happier with the results.

I’ve worked with a few coaches over the years, but Harris brought a level of detail and clarity I hadn’t experienced before. Within minutes, he identified that I was getting off-plane early in the downswing and casting the club through transition—things I’ve struggled with for a while. His drills were targeted and efficient, and the video feedback helped me finally feel the right sequencing. We also fine-tuned my impact position and got my path tighter, which immediately improved my ball flight. If you’re a lower handicap looking to refine your mechanics, Harris is the real deal.

I had never picked up a golf club before today, and I was honestly a little nervous going into my first lesson. Harris made me feel comfortable right away. He broke everything down in super simple pieces and was super patient the whole time. By the end of the session, I was making contact and actually enjoying it! I can’t believe how much I learned in just a few hours. If you’re new to golf, Harris is the perfect coach to get you started!

How it works

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonIntroduction to the Game We’ll kick things off with a laid-back intro to the game. I’ll walk you through how golf works, what to expect on the course, and the basic rules and etiquette you’ll need to feel comfortable out there. • We’ll take a look at the course layout — tee box, fairway, rough, greens, and all the spots you’ll be playing from. • I’ll show you the different clubs, what they’re used for, and how to choose the right one for each shot. • Then we’ll dive into the fundamentals: grip, stance, posture, and alignment. You’ll learn how to set up properly and swing with balance and rhythm. • We’ll start hitting short irons and wedges, focusing on making solid contact and building good habits right away. • We’ll finish with some basic chipping and putting just to introduce you to how the short game feels. This first lesson is all about laying the groundwork so you feel confident moving forward. (2-3hrs recommended)
Lesson 11+On-Course Evaluation and Next Steps Once we’ve covered the essentials, it’s time to take it to the course and see how it all holds up in a real round. • We’ll play together (or I’ll observe) while you go through 9 holes — giving you a chance to apply everything we’ve worked on. • I’ll pay attention to how you manage the course, make decisions, and handle tough spots. • From there, we’ll pinpoint what’s working well and where you could still use a bit of fine-tuning. Everyone’s golf journey is different, so after this point, it really becomes about you — your goals, your pace, and how much time you want to commit to improving. Whether it’s getting consistent off the tee, breaking 100, or just enjoying the game more, we’ll build a plan around what you need.
Lesson 4-10Refining the Full Swing + On-Course Preparation This is where things really start coming together. You’ve got the basics down, now it’s time to clean up the full swing and get ready for actual on-course play. • We’ll work on refining your swing mechanics — focusing on balance, tempo, and better ball striking. • I’ll help you fix common issues like slices, topping, or inconsistent contact. • We’ll start hitting longer clubs, including hybrids, fairway woods, and driver — working on control and power. • You’ll learn how to hit from uneven lies, make smart decisions under pressure, and develop a routine you can trust. • I’ll walk you through how to manage your way around the course — club selection, risk vs. reward, and how to stay in control mentally. • As we wrap up this section, we’ll simulate a round or play a short course to put everything into action. By this point, you’ll be ready to play a 9-hole round with confidence and a game plan.
Lesson 2-3Intro to Short Game and Putting Now that you’re starting to get the swing down, we’ll shift focus to the short game — the part of golf where you can save strokes and build confidence fast. • We’ll go over the basics of chipping and pitching — how to set up, which clubs to use, and how to control distance and trajectory around the green. • You’ll get a solid foundation in putting: grip, stance, and the pendulum-style stroke that helps with control and consistency. • I’ll walk you through how to read greens — how slope, grain, and speed all work together to influence break. • We’ll practice both short putts and lag putts, and I’ll give you some simple drills you can use anytime you practice. These two sessions are huge for helping you develop touch and feel — two things that make a massive difference in your scores.
